Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Training program/course fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the class is cancelled by BlueMagenta Wellness.

 Healing services are personalized; hence no refund is applicable once the session has started.

 Reiki Charged Tools once shipped cannot be returned; however, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
